Effective Date: May 13, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Eve-Healthcare, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. (a Nevada corporation), together with its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Eve-Healthcare,” “MindHYVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with chirongrid.ai and any related web properties operated by us (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy applies solely to the Site as a marketing and informational property. It does not apply to the ChironAI™ Clinical Decision Support (“ChironAI CDS”) or ChironAI™ Occupational Medicine (“ChironAI OM”) software-as-a-service applications, which are governed by their own customer agreements and privacy terms.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, request a demonstration, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with the Site, we may collect your name, business email address, organization name and type, role, country, message contents, and any other information you choose to submit.

2.2 Information collected automatically. When you access the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information including IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, and other diagnostic data. This is collected via server logs, cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies.

2.3 Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, including business contact providers, analytics partners, advertising platforms, and individuals who reference you in communications to us (for example, when a colleague includes your name in a partnership inquiry).

2.4 Information we do not collect. We do not collect protected health information (“PHI”) through the Site. The Site is a marketing surface and is not designed to receive, process, or store PHI. If you submit PHI to us through the Site, you do so at your own risk; we will delete such information upon discovery to the extent practicable. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • to respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
  • to evaluate, develop, and improve the Site, our products, and our services (including by aggregating and de-identifying data);

  • for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

4. AI Disclosures

MindHYVE develops and operates Agentic AI Operating Systems. As they relate to this Site:

  • No customer data is used for training. The proprietary reasoning models that power our products are trained on synthetic reasoning datasets we construct. We do not use information submitted through the Site to train any proprietary or third-party AI model.
  • Generative AI disclosure. Where any communication we send to you contains content generated or substantially generated by artificial intelligence, we will disclose that fact in accordance with applicable law, including California AB 3030.
  • Decision authority. Our products are decision-support systems. Substantive clinical, legal, financial, and other professional decisions are made by the licensed human professionals using our products, consistent with California SB 1120 and analogous obligations elsewhere.

  • Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other advisors, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
  • Legal compliance and protection. Where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request; to enforce our terms or policies; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, safety, or interests of MindHYVE, our customers, our users, or others.
  • With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you, subject to your consent where required.
