Each Operating System is powered by AI Digital Employees — autonomous AI specialists with persistent identity, continuous learning, and infinite memory recall. ChironAI is led by Chiron — the AI Digital Employee specialized in clinical reasoning. Additional AI specialists (Justine, Eli, Isaac, Theo) are consulted when the case requires their domain expertise. The Digital Employees are AI specialists, not licensed clinicians. They reason; the physician decides.

Compound Reasoning Models

Eve-Fusion™ family.

Eve-Healthcare™ Fusion v5.0 is the healthcare instantiation of MindHYVE's compound architecture — not a single monolithic model. A typical configuration composes five cooperating models: one proprietary classifier (Microsoft Phi-3), one Small Reasoning Model fine-tuned on Eve-Genesis (Healthcare Edition) (Microsoft Phi-4 series), and one to three frontier models from major model laboratories. Llama Vision for radiology workloads. The architecture is plug-and-play and modular — the choice and count of frontier models varies per agent and per use case.

Eve-Grid™ is MindHYVE's proprietary cloud architecture, custom-engineered for compound-AI workloads. Eve-Genesis™ is the proprietary synthetic reasoning dataset that trains the small reasoning models. Eve is the meta-orchestrator. Together: the body, the cognition, and the training of the platform.

Per-agent specialization without per-agent rebuild

Each Digital Employee gets the appropriate set of frontier and proprietary models for its workflow, without forking the underlying architecture.

Modality awareness

Vision tasks route to vision-capable models. Text reasoning routes to text-strong models. Cost-sensitive tasks route to small fast models.

Regulatory flexibility

Where a customer or jurisdiction prohibits a specific model provider, that provider is swapped out of the relevant agent's frontier slot without rebuilding the agent.

Frontier-release future-proofing

When new frontier models are released, they are integrated into the appropriate slots without retraining the proprietary classifier or small reasoning model. The architecture absorbs frontier progress.


Eve-Genesis™ (Healthcare Edition)

The synthetic clinical reasoning corpus that trains our reasoning core.

Eve-Genesis™ is MindHYVE's proprietary synthetic reasoning dataset. The Healthcare Edition is purpose-built to train the small reasoning model at the core of Eve-Healthcare™ F5/reasoner.

What it contains.

Eve-Genesis (Healthcare Edition) is a corpus of structured clinical reasoning traces — multi-step diagnostic chains, evidence-synthesis pathways, guideline-anchored treatment reasoning, risk-stratification logic, radiology reasoning paired with image-grounded analysis, and the regulatory reasoning chains that drive ChironAI OM. Each trace is a complete reasoning path, not just an answer.

What it is not.

Eve-Genesis is synthetic. No customer data is used in its construction. No patient data is included. No identifiable health information is present. The corpus is built from published medical literature, public clinical practice guidelines, and structured reasoning templates — never from data belonging to the institutions we serve.

How it is anchored.

The synthesis is grounded in the same reference standards clinicians use — USPSTF, NCCN, ACOG, AAFP, AHA/ACC, MTUS, ACOEM — and the standard clinical taxonomies clinical systems already speak: ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, CPT. Each reasoning trace is calibrated against the published guideline that governs the workflow.

Where guidelines disagree, the trace reflects the disagreement rather than collapsing it into a false consensus. That is what clinicians do.

How it grows.

Eve-Genesis (Healthcare Edition) is continuously expanded. Each new clinical workflow ChironAI supports, each new guideline release, each new specialty added — generates additional reasoning traces and updates the corpus accordingly.

The must-review-before-final gate that runs at inference inside ChironAI is the same posture that governs how the model evolves: clinicians decide, the system learns.

This is why ChironAI's reasoning posture differs from a general-purpose LLM prompted to act clinical. We trained for clinical reasoning specifically, using a dataset built specifically for clinical reasoning, anchored to the same canonical guidelines and taxonomies clinicians use every day.

No customer data is used for training. Our reasoning capability is built on Eve-Genesis (Healthcare Edition) — proprietary, synthetic, and anchored to the same guidelines clinicians use.


Eve-Grid™

Proprietary cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure.

Eve-Grid™ is MindHYVE's proprietary cloud architecture, custom-engineered for compound-AI workloads and hosted on Microsoft Azure. Not a generic Azure deployment — a purpose-built architecture with the latency, compliance, and reliability properties regulated healthcare requires.

Persistent memory and continuous learning are grounded in Azure AI Search-backed vector indexes — the literal mechanism behind the HYVE acronym (Hyper Yielding Vectorized Entity).

Compliance engineered into the reasoning substrate.

Every output from a Digital Employee is auditable and traceable to its underlying reasoning. The Operating Systems are structured-workflow, not free-form conversational, by design — because free-form interfaces are incompatible with the auditability requirements of regulated industries.

ChironAI produces structured analytical output with evidence presented openly, reasoning visible at every step, confidence calibrated, every source cited. The clinician decides what to act on. The AI reasons; the physician decides.
