Calibrated risk stratification.
Risk stratification is too important to be a black-box score. In ChironAI CDS, validated scores are computed from the record — never by the model — and shown with every input, where it came from and the points it scored. A score is offered only when the case calls for it.
What the platform actually does.
- 01
Scores computed in CDS: two-level Wells for PE, CURB-65, CHA₂DS₂-VASc, Alvarado and Fleischner 2017, plus the reporting categories the radiologist assigned.
- 02
Every score shows its input values and the record entries they came from.
- 03
An input the record cannot answer is listed as missing, never assumed absent, and the score then reads “at least”.
- 04
Each score cites the catalogue source it follows.
- 05
The clinician acts on the score; the platform computes and explains it.
