Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You may not use the Services to:

• violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or misrepresent AI-generated output where disclosure is required;
• compromise security — including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing usage limits, or interfering with the Services;
• use the Services or their output to train, evaluate, or improve a competing AI system; or
• submit data you lack the right or consent to submit.

ChironAI™ provides clinical decision support. It is not a medical device and does not practice medicine. Outputs must not be used as the sole basis for a diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical decision without review by a qualified, licensed clinician who remains responsible for the decision. Protected Health Information may be processed only under a Business Associate Agreement and the applicable customer agreement.

The Services are provided from the United States and are subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list, and you will not export or use the Services in violation of those laws.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
